Based in the sleepy countryside of Herefordshire, Exposure Film Lab was set up with a passion for photographic film and to fulfill our own exacting requirements as photographers in the UK.

We cater to photographers who choose to shoot film and want control over the results, whether you're a hybrid shooter or an analog purist.

Film photography hasn't died, its just evolved and this lab was set up in response to this.

We've hand picked some of the best equipment around.
Scanning is done with a Fuji Frontier SP-3000 and a Noritsu HS-1800.
We love the Frontier because it has hands down the best colour straight out of the scanner. It conveniently has its own on board infrared dust detection and ours lets us output full size TIFFs.
We colour correct each frame individually once at the time of scanning, and then again after to ensure consistency.
We love the Noritsu because it has amazing resolution, sharpness and latitude. This is always our go to scanner for B&W and E6.

All processing is done with Kodak chemicals and control strips are always ran and measured with our densitometer to ensure processing
is kept within professional spec at all times.
We hand cut and sleeve your negatives and send them back to you after we have transferred your scans to you via email so you don't have to wait for the post to get your images.
